What it is

A session is simple. You breathe. You settle. You learn how your own body finds calm, so you can return to it any time.

Ripple by Kayan teaches body-based regulation through breath. Sessions are calm and paced, run one to one or in small groups, in person or online. No incense, no dogma, no performance.

The aim is capacity you keep: a set of breath and attention skills you can return to during stress, before sleep, or in the middle of a demanding day.

This is education and skills practice, not medical or psychological care. It sits alongside professional support, never in place of it.

Every 1:1 follows the same calm arc: orientation, then guided breath and self-applied techniques, rhythm and sound, reflection, and a close. Online by default, in person by arrangement. Rates are shared on enquiry, and prepayment secures the time.
